  • You are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
  • You will promptly notify us in case of any issues or disputes related to payments.

5. Fees Fees for processing payments will be charged as per the agreement with Bank Al Falah. These fees may include transaction fees, setup fees, and other charges.

6. Payment Settlement Payment settlements will be processed as per the schedule outlined in the agreement with Bank Al Falah. You will receive payments after the necessary deductions for fees and charges.

7. Fraud Prevention You agree to implement and maintain appropriate fraud prevention measures and security protocols to protect sensitive customer information.

8. Limitation of Liability Bank Al Falah is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized transactions that may occur as a result of your failure to comply with the terms of service or for any system failures.

9. Termination Either party can terminate this agreement with proper notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the payment gateway and handle any pending transactions or disputes.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Pakistan.
