About Mallwal (Private) Limited

MallWal is an installment-shopping business operated by Mallwal (Private) Limited in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. Business operations began in 2024; company registration took place in 2026. Mallwal (Private) Limited is SECP registered and FBR registered.

Our current online focus is mobile phones, with a longer-term direction that may include broader electronics and other eligible categories. Customers can review our installment terms before ordering.

Our Installment Options

MallWal operates two separate services: nationwide online credit-card installments and local installment financing for Sialkot customers.

1. Nationwide Online Credit-Card Installments

Nationwide online purchases use credit-card installments. Current online tenures are 4, 6 and 10 months, subject to availability verification.

Any supported Pakistani bank credit card is accepted, subject to eligibility, available limit and transaction approval. Mallwal offers a 0% Markup Islamic Installment Plan; Bank Alfalah is one available option.

• Final Total and Monthly Installment: Review the displayed selling total and monthly installment for the selected product and tenure. The 0% Markup Islamic Installment Plan is subject to terms and eligibility. Check applicable issuer/payment-partner terms before payment.
• Payment Processing: Online card payments are processed through the payment gateway presented at checkout. Follow the bank verification steps and review the payment details before authorising a payment.
• Mobile Delivery and Insurance: Eligible mobile phone orders have free Pakistan-wide delivery, with TCS as the main courier. Mobile shipment insurance is arranged by MallWal at no separate insurance charge to the customer. See our Delivery & Shipping Policy for delivery estimates and terms.

2. Sialkot Local Installment Financing

MallWal also operates a separate physical/local installment financing service for Sialkot customers. This is separate from the nationwide online credit-card route. Local verification and management approval rules apply.

• Local Support: Our team explains the current CNIC, application form, cheque or guarantor requirements for this separate local process.
• Eligibility and Availability: Requirements, approval, product availability and the final plan are confirmed before an order is accepted.

Products and Availability

Eligible products are generally sourced after a confirmed order and availability verification through our supplier/dealer network. Products are Available on Order and Subject to Availability. MallWal does not currently rely on regular warehouse stock for all listed products.

• Mobile Phones: Mobile phones are our current online focus. Supplied mobile units undergo PTA verification.
• Other Product Enquiries: Contact our team for current information about bikes, electronics or a model that is not listed online.
• Warranty: Official/local brand warranty applies where the supplied SKU qualifies, as stated on the product page and in our Warranty Policy.
• Requested-Product Sourcing: Contact our team for custom/requested-product sourcing, subject to availability. For a missing phone, Request a Phone starts an enquiry and does not reserve stock or take payment.
