Ask what is included with the exact phone before comparing two quotations. A cable in a product photograph does not establish that a wall adapter is in the box. The complete package matters if you need to buy a compatible accessory separately, even when the phones have similar monthly payments.
Guidance reviewed 13 October 2026. This checklist is for pre-purchase quotations. It does not confirm the contents of a sourceable MallWal unit or replace its eventual receiving and documentation checks.
Separate the phone, cable and adapter
Write three separate lines in your requirement: the exact handset, the supplied cable and the wall adapter. Then add any case, protective film or other accessory you actually need. Mark each item included, optional or not yet confirmed. “Charging supported” describes a phone capability; it is not a package inventory.
A seller’s bundle can also differ from the manufacturer’s original box. Ask which item is manufacturer-packed and which is an additional supplied accessory. Keep any extra item’s identity, price and warranty arrangement in the written offer. Do not combine an unspecified charger with a phone price and call the whole offer equivalent to another package.
Read the manufacturer’s regional box list
Samsung’s US Galaxy A26 5G box reference lists a USB-C to USB-C cable and says the charging adapter is sold separately. This is a regional manufacturer example, not a claim about every Samsung box or a Pakistan unit offered by MallWal.
The OPPO Singapore Reno12 F 5G specification lists a charger, cable and case while warning that package contents can vary by market. The buying lesson is to check the offered regional package. Do not transfer either example to a different model or assume that every OPPO includes the same accessories.
Identify the accessory rather than accepting “fast charger”
Request the charger’s manufacturer and model, its applicable output specification and the supplied cable type. If you intend to reuse an adapter, check compatibility through the exact phone and accessory documentation. A connector that physically fits does not, by itself, establish the claimed charging performance.
Keep the package question distinct from the protocol question. This checklist tells you what must be quoted; the exact supported charging mode still needs manufacturer evidence. Do not assume an included adapter, an optional adapter and your existing adapter deliver the same result.
Compare the complete quotation
- Handset: full model code, physical RAM, storage, colour, regional version and condition.
- Original package: named included items confirmed for that offered unit.
- Additional accessories: exact item, whether required for your intended use and separately stated price if offered.
- Coverage: named warranty provider and the applicable terms for handset and accessory.
- Payment: complete selling total and any applicable plan/issuer charges, with the basis of the offer clear.
Do not add assumed accessory prices to a comparison. Ask for an actual quotation, including whether an accessory is part of the financed offer or a separate purchase. The installment route and available tenures must be confirmed for the actual offer; a handset plan does not automatically cover every requested extra.
Prepare one clear sourcing question
For example: “Please quote the exact __ phone with __ RAM and __ storage. Confirm the offered region and original box contents. I need a compatible wall adapter and cable; identify what is included and quote any required extra separately. Please confirm warranty, PTA status, sourcing and the complete payment terms.”
Use Request a Product if the configuration or package is unclear. MallWal’s Available on Order explanation describes the sourcing process. An enquiry does not establish stock, dispatch or an accepted order.
Review the eligible credit-card installment guide separately, and keep the exact-unit warranty checklist with your quotation. Resolve the contents and terms before payment rather than relying on a generic product photograph.
